Mufin Green Finance grants 853,484 stock options to employees under its ESOP scheme As on : 15-Sep-26 22:56
Mufin Green Finance Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 8,53,484 stock options under the Mufin Green Finance Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan 2023 (ESOP Scheme 2023) to eligible employees, with an exercise price of Rs 70 per option.
